Blacklane offers 24-hour toll free customer service. You can easily book your ride from anywhere and at any time through your company account. The accounts of individual employees of your company can be linked to the company account. Rides can be booked centrally or individually by your employees via the smartphone app, the personal, web-based account, or by phone.
Personalized company account
Blacklane provides you with a personalized company account. With this access, you can track your booked and completed rides at any time. Furthermore, we provide a monthly invoicing of the rides including the required details, such as cost center number for each ride.

Our carefully selected chauffeurs are discreet and reliable. They always pay attention to personal service to the passenger as well as a high degree of flexibility, security and time savings. All chauffeurs within our network have signed a non-disclosure agreement; your employees can have confidential conversations during their ride.
Your employees, customers or hotel guests will be picked up at the desired location, either directly in front of the building or within. If the passengers wish to be picked up at the airport, we will track the status of their flight. Even if the flight is delayed, the chauffeur will be waiting for the passengers at their gate to pick them up. Then the chauffeur will take them quickly and safely to your destination in a sophisticated ambience.
Easy handling of payment
The costs for the ride automatically appear in your company account after the ride. These costs already include tips. At the end of the month you will receive a complete invoice of all rides including the required details, such as cost center number for each ride.
If the chauffeur has not set off towards the pickup location (the customer receives a notification as soon as the chauffeur has departed) and/or more than one hour is left until the booked pickup time, a cancellation or rebooking is free of charge. In the event of a cancellation by the user after the chauffeur has departed towards the pickup location and/or within less than one hour before departure, the user commits himself to paying Blacklane 100% of the ride costs. The full fare is also due for all not commenced rides without prior cancellation.
