Our carefully selected chauffeurs are discreet and reliable. They always pay attention to personal service to the passenger as well as a high degree of flexibility, security and time savings. You will be picked up at the desired location, either directly in front of the building or within. If you wish to be picked up at the airport, we will track the status of your flight. Even if your flight is delayed, your chauffeur will be waiting for you at your gate to pick you up. Then your chauffeur will take you quickly and safely to your destination in a sophisticated ambience.

Easy handling of payment

Billing is handled automatically using your preferred cashless payment method. The bill is available for download in your account. The price includes all taxes, tip and fees.

Cancellations

If the chauffeur has not set off towards the pickup location (the customer receives a notification as soon as the chauffeur has departed) and/or more than one hour is left until the booked pickup time, a cancellation or rebooking is free of charge. In the event of a cancellation by the user after the chauffeur has departed towards the pickup location and/or within less than one hour before departure, the user commits himself to paying Blacklane 100% of the ride costs. The full fare is also due for all not commenced rides without prior cancellation.

This is how it works

  1. Fill out the booking form on our homepage or smartphone app with the details of your ride with just a few clicks. Enter the desired pickup location and destination, and the vehicle category of your choice. Alternatively you can use our free 24/7 customer hotline for your booking.
  2. During the booking process you will immediately receive a binding quote for the requested transfer.
  3. If this is your first booking with Blacklane, enter your contact information. You can also select your preferred method of payment.
  4. Immediately (for instant bookings - Ride Now) or half an hour before departure time (pre-bookings - Ride later) you will receive a notification with the coordinates of your chauffeur, the necessary information to get in touch with him and the estimated time of arrival.
  5. Your chauffeur will pick you up at the desired time and place. You will be informed once the chauffeur arrives at the pickup location.
  6. Comfortably, safely and quickly your chauffeur will take you to the desired destination.
