We recommend booking your beach transfer as early as possible, especially during peak travel seasons, to ensure availability. Early booking also allows us to accommodate any specific requests you may have for your journey.

You can cancel your ride free of charge up until 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time. To cancel, go to the booked rides section of the app or website, select the ride, and select the cancel option.

Yes, this is possible. Please select the Business Van/SUV vehicle class and add the required child seat in the “Notes for the chauffeur” field. We will do our best to organize a child seat ahead of time.
