Terms and Conditions for Blacklane/Privilege Club mileage offer
- Privilege Club is Qatar Airways’ official frequent flyer program.
- Qmiles are only applicable for rides booked on Blacklane’s website and mobile apps.
- Privilege Club members earn 1 Qmile for each EUR/USD/GBP spent.
- The number of Qmiles earned by the Privilege Club member is calculated on the nominal value of the currency that Blacklane charged for the respective booking.
- Bookings must be made at least 1 hour ahead of the desired pickup time.
- Customers credit card will not be charged until after the ride.
- Qmiles cannot be earned for canceled bookings, regardless of the cancellation fee.
- Qmiles can only be earned for completed rides.
- No Qmiles will be credited if a voucher has been used to purchase the trip.
- Qmiles will be credited within 6 to 8 weeks when qualified rides are completed and fully paid.
- Qmiles can only be credited if the Privilege Club membership number is provided to Blacklane during the booking process before the ride takes place.
- The passenger’s name must match the name on the Privilege Club membership profile.
- Missing mileage claims must be made within 2 months of the conclusion of each qualifying ride. To claim missing Qmiles, you will need to provide the passenger’s name, Privilege Club membership number, and Blacklane booking number in this form.
- Blacklane has the right to amend this terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion.
- For every booking, Blacklane terms and conditions apply in their then-current version available at https://www.blacklane.com/en/terms.
- Privilege Club terms and conditions (https://www.qatarairways.com/en-us/Privilege-Club/terms-and-conditions.html) apply if the Privilege Club membership number is provided during the booking process.
- By providing your Privilege Club membership number during the booking process you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Blacklane and Privilege Club in relation to and in connection to this promotion. All decisions are final and binding in all respects and not subject to legal recourse.
