• KrisFlyer is Singapore Airlines Group’s frequent-flyer programme. KrisFlyer members can earn miles when they travel on Singapore Airlines, SilkAir and selected air and non-air partners.
• KrisFlyer Miles are only applicable for rides booked on www.blacklane.com or Blacklane iOS and Android apps.
• From 1 April to 31 May 2018, earn 3X KrisFlyer Miles when you book your Blacklane rides in over 300 cities worldwide. During the promotion period, KrisFlyer members will earn 6 miles for every 1 USD/EUR/GBP spent on a Blacklane ride.
• In addition to the extra miles, the first 100 KrisFlyer members who book and enjoy a completed ride with Blacklane for the first time, will also receive an additional free ride worth USD/EUR/GBP 50.
• PPS Club members who are also first-time Blacklane customers will enjoy an additional 1000 KrisFlyer miles upon booking from 1 April to 31 May 2018 and completing their first Blacklane ride by 31 December 2018.
• The number of KrisFlyer Miles earned by the eligible KrisFlyer member and awarded by Blacklane shall be calculated on the nominal value of the currency that Blacklane charged for the relevant ride. Blacklane charges GBP in the United Kingdom, EUR in Europe, and USD in the rest of the world.
• The passenger’s name must match the name on the KrisFlyer membership profile.

Miles credit

• KrisFlyer Miles will be credited within 6 to 8 weeks when qualified rides are completed and fully paid.
• Bookings must be made at least 1 hour ahead of the desired pickup time.
• Your card will not be charged until after your ride.
• For one-way transfers, cancellation and amendments are free up to 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time. After this time, the full amount will be charged.
• Hourly bookings need to be cancelled or amended at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, otherwise the full amount will be charged.
• You cannot earn Miles for cancelled bookings, regardless of the cancellation fee.
• Miles can only be earned for completed rides.
• KrisFlyer Miles promotions cannot be combined with other offers.
• No Miles will be credited if a voucher has been used to purchase the trip.
• Miles can only be credited if the KrisFlyer or PPS Club membership number is provided to Blacklane during the booking process before the ride takes place.
• You are eligible to receive a free ride worth USD/EUR/GBP 50 if you are among the first 100 KrisFlyer members who book their first Blacklane ride between 01 April 2018 to 31 May 2018. The date of the ride can be extended beyond 31 May 2018. The voucher for such free ride will only be issued after your first ride has been complete.
• If you are one of the first 100, you will only know after the completion of your booked ride. Upon completion of your first ride, you will receive an unique voucher from Blacklane worth USD/EUR/GBP 50, which can be applied to your next Blacklane ride.
• The USD/EUR/GBP50 amount of the voucher is neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash, credits, or otherwise, either partially or wholly.
• Blacklane has the right to end this promotion at any time at its sole discretion.
• Blacklane has the right to amend this terms and conditions any time at its owns sole discretion.
• Rides that were booked and taken prior to 01 April 2018 are not eligible for 3X miles credit.
• All rides eligible for 3X miles credit have to be completed between 01 April 2018 to 31 December 2018.
• First-time bookings by PPS Club members must be made within the promotion period from 1 April to 31 May 2018 to be eligible for earning the additional 1000 KrisFlyer miles. All first-time rides booked by PPS Club members must be completed by 31 December 2018 to qualify for the additional 100 KrisFlyer miles.
• Missing mileage claims must be made with KrisFlyer within 6 months of the conclusion of each qualifying ride. To claim missing KrisFlyer Miles, you will need to provide the passenger’s name, KrisFlyer membership number, and Blacklane booking number.
