Global airport transfers, one-way rides, hourly rides

General

• The Company’s Arrture Program is an exclusive loyalty programme platform tailored for the global air traveller and focused on the global airport eco-system. It is used by businesses and industry leaders that provide premium airport services to manage and engage with their loyal customers.
• Arrture Points are only applicable for rides booked on www.blacklane.com or Blacklane iOS and Android apps.
• Arrture members earn 150 Arrture Points for every completed Blacklane ride, regardless of transaction currency. Blacklane charges GBP in the United Kingdom, EUR in Europe and USD in the rest of the world.
• The passenger’s name must match the name on the Arrture membership profile.

Points credit

• Arrture Points will be credited 10 to 12 weeks when qualified rides are completed and fully paid.
• Bookings must be made at least 1 hour ahead of the desired pickup time.
• Users’ payment card will not be charged until after Users’ ride.
• For one-way transfers, cancellation and amendments are free up to 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time. After this time, the full amount will be charged.
• Hourly bookings need to be cancelled or amended at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, otherwise the full amount will be charged.
• Users cannot earn points for cancelled bookings, regardless of the cancellation fee.
• Arrture Points can only be earned for completed rides.
• Arrture Points promotions cannot be combined with other offers.
• No Arrture Points will be credited if a voucher has been used to purchase the trip.
• Arrture Points can only be credited if the Arrture membership number is provided to Blacklane during the booking process before the ride takes place.
• Missing Arrture Point claims must be made with Arrture within 90 days of the conclusion of each qualifying ride. To claim missing Arrture Points, you will need to provide the passenger’s name, Arrture membership number, and Blacklane booking number.
• Rides that were booked and taken prior to 1 February 2018 are not eligible for Arrture Points credit.
• Blacklane has the right to end this promotion at any time at its sole discretion.
• Blacklane has the right to amend this terms and conditions at its sole discretion.

• By taking part in this promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Blacklane and Arrture in relation to and in connection to this promotion. All decisions are final and binding in all respects and not subject to legal recourse.
