• At the end of the flow, you’ll see the available contact options for your location and issue type (such as contact forms, in‑app support, or local phone options where offered).

You can book in three main ways:

• Website – go to blacklane.com/ and enter your pickup, destination, and time.

• App – download the Blacklane app from the iOS App Store or Google Play, sign in or create an account, and book directly.

For business – if you’re a corporate booker or travel manager, contact our business specialists.

Blacklane pricing is upfront and fixed:

• Fares are calculated using route, distance, time, vehicle class, and local operating costs.

• Taxes and standard fees are included; there’s no surge pricing.

• Any additional costs (for example, if the journey is changed after pickup) are shown clearly in the booking or on the receipt where applicable.

You can give an additional tip to your driver if you want, but it is not required and in New York with an in-app tipping function to comply with local market policy.

For airport pickups:

• Blacklane tracks your flight when you provide flight details and adjusts the pickup time if your flight is delayed, within the included waiting window of 1 hour.

• The standard included waiting time and any potential extra fees for extended delays are shown during booking and in the service terms for your city.

Yes. Blacklane offsets the emissions of every journey at no extra cost to guests, through a global carbon-offset program. In addition, key cities feature all-electric or expanded EV fleets, especially in regions like the Middle East, where Blacklane operates all-electric business-class services in partnership with local providers.
