Business travellers visiting major cities in Asia-Pacific now have the ability to book English-speaking, commercially licensed and insured drivers through professional driver service Blacklane.
The new service areas include 24 Chinese cities, such as Beijing and Nanjing, and five Japanese cities including Osaka and Nagoya.
Unlike TNC executives, Blacklane’s director of affiliate management Carsten Kahner walks the talk and actually visits companies who want to become affiliates — and that’s pretty cool. His team has traveled to more than 20 countries and met with more than 500 of the company’s local partners.
Newark Liberty International Airport taxi fares carry the highest premium over base fares, according to research from ride-booking service Blacklane that examined fares from the 30 busiest U.S. airports to the nearest major city center.
"I was really impressed by the entire Blacklane experience, actually, and based on this wouldn’t hesitate to use them again."
