Three questions Blacklane chauffeurs should ask before each ride
No matter where in the world our guests are, we want their experiences to be the same. That's why we’ve created a checklist called the three T’s.

At Blacklane, we know the importance of going the extra mile.
Consistency in quality is one of Blacklane’s biggest strengths, whether it’s the uniforms our chauffeurs wear or the procedure for entering the car. Our guests choose Blacklane because they know we’ll provide a greater level of service compared to other forms of ground transportation.
This is why we expect all of you, our chauffeurs, to ask our guests three questions before starting every ride. We call them the three T’s.
Table of contents
Target
The first thing you should remember to do when you are in the vehicle with the guest, but before you start the engine of your car, is to confirm the drop-off destination, or the target, for your journey.
This confirmation communicates to the guest that you know where they're going and is the first step to facilitate a space where they can relax and rely on your expertise.
Tunes
Music is the next part of the equation, or tunes as we like to call it. One of the most important things to ask the guest before you start their ride, with the music turned off, is if they would like to listen to some music. By asking them this, you give them control over how they would like their atmosphere to be throughout their ride.
Maybe they would love to listen to some relaxing classical music or jazz playlists or maybe they need a quiet environment where they’ll be able to take some business calls in the backseat.
Temperature
The last and final thing to ask your guest before you start their journey is if they would like to adjust the temperature in the vehicle. Temperature can be a deal-breaker and should be catered to the guest.

You should always check what temperature your guest would like.
By making sure the guest is comfortable with the temperature, you have taken the last step to creating peace of mind for your guest throughout their ride.
There we have it. In order to secure the best service possible please always make sure to remember the three T’s - target, tunes, and temperature.
