Documents

Document requirements vary by country and city. These can include:

Vehicle requirements differ by service class and location. We’ll let you know which makes and models can be used where you are at the start of the application process. 

Experience

All Blacklane chauffeurs must:

• Meet the minimum age requirement (21-25 depending on your city)

• Have at least one year of professional chauffeur experience in their city

Your journey to becoming a Blacklane partner

While there may be a few differences depending on where you are, the onboarding journey is typically made up of four stages:

1. Application: Start your application by selecting your country and city. We’ll tell you what you need to perform Blacklane rides where you are.  2. Document and vehicle review: Upload the required company, chauffeur, and vehicle documents. These requirements are based on local regulations. 3. Training and onboarding: Complete our online self-study modules and attend an onboarding webinar to learn more about Blacklane standards, processes, and expectations. 4. Account activation: Once all requirements are met and approved, your account can be activated and you’ll be ready to receive ride offers.
