Tucked away on the mezzanine level of Concourse C, the American Airlines Admirals Club offers a quiet escape from the busy terminal below. The space is relatively intimate compared to some of DEN’s larger lounges, making it a great alternative for travelers who prefer a calmer environment.

Inside, you can expect comfortable seating, reliable high-speed Wi-Fi, workspaces, and a bar serving complimentary beverages alongside light snacks. If the lounge is busy, the mezzanine seating just outside the entrance is a surprisingly peaceful area that many travelers overlook.

The American Express Centurion Lounge at Denver International is one of the largest in the network, spanning roughly 14,000 square feet. Built with a Colorado-design influence, it’s a favorite among frequent flyers for both its size and food-and-beverage offerings.

A highlight of the lounge is its emphasis on local flavor, including a rotating selection of Colorado craft beers and a chef-driven menu featuring freshly prepared dishes. The lounge offers plenty of seating for work or relaxation, strong Wi-Fi, and a layout that works well for both solo travelers and groups.

Delta Sky Club

Location: Past security at the north end of Concourse A on the bridge from Jeppesen Terminal Access: Delta Sky Club members, eligible premium cabin passengers, and qualifying credit card holders.

As one of Delta’s larger Sky Club locations, this spacious lounge is a fan-favorite thanks to the spectacular views from its floor-to-ceiling windows.

The lounge’s size makes it feel less cramped during peak periods compared to smaller club locations. Guests can enjoy complimentary snacks and beverages, a full bar, Wi-Fi, and a variety of seating options suited to both work and relaxation.

United Clubs (A-West, B-East, and B-West)

Location: Concourses A and B Mezzanine levels  Access: United Club members, Star Alliance Gold passengers, eligible premium cabin travelers, and qualifying credit card holders; one-time passes may be accepted depending on capacity

United’s lounges offer thousands of square feet of relaxation space. While all locations feature "Agent on Demand" kiosks and premium buffets serving local favorites, each has a distinct atmosphere.

  • B-West: Located near Gate B32, this recently renovated mega-lounge was designed to resemble a modern ski chalet. It has the cozy atmosphere of a Rocky Mountain cabin, complete with faux fireplaces, light wood accents, and murals of Colorado wildflowers.

  • B-East: Located near Gate B44, this three-story lounge has an urban brewery aesthetic with concrete flooring and exposed ceilings. It offers a unique beer-tasting experience with a rotating selection of local craft beers. Be sure to check out the entryway sculpture made of colorful skateboards!

  • A-West: Located near Gate A25, this lounge has a more traditional lodge feel, with a two-story fireplace and flannel-patterned decor. It includes a dedicated game lounge with shuffleboard and a topographic representation of Colorado's peaks, made from glass rods.

The United lounges all feature a premium buffet, high-speed Wi-Fi, wellness rooms for nursing or meditation, and plenty of power outlets.

United Club Fly

Location: Near Gate B60 Access: United Club members and eligible premium passengers only; one-time passes are not accepted.

This is a grab-and-go lounge concept designed for travelers with tight connections. There’s no traditional lounge seating here; instead, guests scan their boarding pass, pick up a premium coffee or beverage, and choose from a selection of fresh, pre-packaged meals and snacks before heading straight to their gate.

It’s the perfect solution for business travelers who want lounge-quality refreshments without a sit-down visit.

USO Denver

Location: Level 4, center of Concourse A (above the Mezzanine) Access: Complimentary for active-duty military personnel, retirees, and their families with a valid Department of Defense ID.

The USO at Denver International Airport provides a welcoming retreat for service members and their families. The space is designed as a true home-away-from-home, offering comfortable seating, family-friendly areas, complimentary snacks and beverages, and access to computers and quiet rest areas.

It’s a valuable and thoughtfully designed facility for those traveling on military orders or returning home.

Free Rest and Recharge Options

If you’re not a lounge member and don’t want to pay for a day pass, Denver International still has several impressive spaces to relax between flights.

The Concourse A Mezzanine

The Concourse A Mezzanine doubles as a free rest and recharge area, offering comfortable seating away from the main flow of foot traffic.

Its elevated vantage point provides views of the terminal below while maintaining a noticeably calmer atmosphere. It’s the ideal spot for reading, charging devices, or simply taking a breather.

The Outdoor Decks

One of Denver Airport’s most distinctive (and attractive) features is its outdoor decks, located in each concourse:

Concourse A-West: Near Gate A15

Concourse B-West: Near Gate B7

Concourse C-East: Near Gate C67

Open daily from approximately 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., weather permitting, these decks feature seating, firepits, and pet relief areas.

Grab a bite or a drink nearby and make your way to a comfy firepit seat, where you can enjoy the views of the aircraft against the prairie backdrop.

The Best Way To Get To Denver Airport

Denver International Airport is 25 miles from the city center, which means the drive can take anywhere from 30 minutes to over an hour, depending on the traffic. While the A-Line train is a budget-friendly option, schedules and luggage can make it at best an inconvenience, at worst, a challenge to meet your timetable.

For the most reliable and stress-free option, choose a Blacklane professional chauffeur service

Your private driver meets you directly at arrivals, eliminates parking and public transit hassles, and assists with your luggage for a seamless door-to-door experience. Choose Blacklane, and you’ll get the same calm comfort you find in Denver’s very best lounges.
