Blacklane expands executive leadership team as global growth accelerates
Kasra Moshkani appointed as CEO Americas and René van Olst promoted to CEO EMEA & APAC
2 October 2025, Berlin: Blacklane, the global chauffeur service, has appointed Kasra Moshkani in the newly created role of CEO Americas and promoted René van Olst to the role of CEO EMEA & APAC. These new executive leadership roles come as the luxury mobility business expands its operations and invests in key growth markets.
Miami, Florida based Moshkani and Berlin, Germany based van Olst report to Blacklane founder and CEO Dr. Jens Wohltorf. Charged with growth, operations and revenue across major cities with an emphasis on corporate travel, both regional CEOs will strengthen teams in strategic locations. This includes adding general managers in international cities such as Paris, New York and Los Angeles.
Blacklane’s already strong presence in established cities such as Dubai, London, Miami and Riyadh will continue to be an area of high focus.

Most recently serving as executive vice president at the secure identity platform CLEAR, Moshkani brings extensive experience in the travel, hospitality, tech and mobility industries. Van Olst has been pivotal to Blacklane’s growth and electric vehicle evolution over the past six years, most recently serving as chief operating officer of the mobility business since 2022, and prior to that as director of partner management.
