Updated: August 05, 2026

If there’s one city that attracts the ambitious and pulsates with possibility, it’s Dubai. It’s inside its most exclusive clubs where founders, elites, and moguls meet to relax and do business behind closed doors.

Access to private members clubs in Dubai means access to some of the world’s most influential people, as well as all the luxury amenities and experiences you would expect from the UAE’s most cosmopolitan city.

A young woman in a Dubai members club laughs as she sits in a courtyard with her acquaintances, a man and a woman.

The emirate’s many luxury clubs are vying for your attention, all offering a degree of exclusivity and privacy, but which ones are worth your time (and money)? This guide to Dubai’s best members clubs breaks down everything you need to know, with a peek behind the curtain into how you can become part of the inner circle.

What are the most exclusive private clubs in Dubai?

Many of Dubai’s private club scene can trace their roots back to historic London members clubs, arriving in the city’s golf clubs, hotel lounges, and private estates as the modern city developed into a hub of innovation and commerce.

These days, Dubai's private members clubs are a thriving ecosystem, driven by the city's growing permanent ultra-high-net-worth population. If you’re looking to make the right connections in Dubai, these are some of the best private members clubs in the city.

About Arts Club Dubai

Arts Club Dubai often ranks among Dubai’s best private clubs, and its reputation is well established among Dubai elites. The original Arts Club was founded in London in 1863 by Charles Dickens and other prominent artists and writers of the time. Arts Club Dubai is its first international outpost.

Located in the heart of the DIFC, this Dubai private members club stands out for its range of business, social, and cultural programming, backed by polished, top-tier service and a globally recognized and respected brand. Here members can exchange ideas in the club’s multiple restaurants, enjoy the permanent art collection, and relax on the The Rooftop which boasts uninterrupted views of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai’s Downtown.

Inside Arts Club Dubai

Arts Club Dubai is set across five floors, and members move between lounges, private dining rooms, restaurants, bars, a cigar lounge, a rooftop terrace, and Vega—the club's late-night music space with ease. Cultural programming includes talks, debates, tastings, exhibitions, studio tours, workshops, cabarets, panel discussions, and live music, with international DJs headlining intimate sets at the nightclub.

About Neera

Next on the list is Neera, a relatively new club on the scene that has quickly established itself as an exclusive and luxurious hangout for Dubai’s elite. The club’s highlight is arguably its array of dining options, with 6 unique restaurants serving up the very best cuisine from around the world.

One of Neera’s greatest draws for elite travelers is its membership extends well past the physical space. With a Neera membership comes access to wellness facilities and pristine beaches at five-star properties including Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah, Habtoor Grand Resort Dubai Marina, and Habtoor Palace, plus member rates and upgrades at Al Habtoor Sports Hub, Polo Club, Riding School, and La Perle.

Inside Neera

Located in Al Habtoor City, Neera sprawls across 20,000 sq ft, with an outdoor roof terrace, a cigar lounge and multi-functional meeting and co-working space. Inside, Neera leans into a "different world per room" concept rather than one cohesive aesthetic. As you travel from room to room, you will move between decor reminiscent of a rainforest, the ocean, a Japanese garden, or even an English tearoom.

Application Process

If you want to become a Neera member, you will need to look and act the part, but simply being rich and famous won’t guarantee access. First you need to apply through the online application to join the waiting list, which will ask for background on your profession, interest, and why you think Neera is a good fit. If your application is approved, you will need to meet with one of the Neera team before being officially invited to be part of the club.
