Pre-booked: 15 minutes
Airport pickups: 1 hour
Any additional wait time will incur a fee.

Yes, simply book an hourly ride and enter the desired stops in the “Special requests”/”Notes for the chauffeur” field. The chauffeur can already prepare the routes allowing for an even smoother ride and you can make as many stops as you need.

Yes, our service is also available in Abu Dhabi and the other emirates. Simply pre-book your ride via the app. If you travel frequently between Abu Dhabi and Dubai, then you can take advantage of our convenient inter-emirate service.

Our fleet in Dubai comprises the all-electric Mercedes-Benz EQS and EQE Sedan, SUV vehicles, and now in our new Platinum Class, Ghost Series II Rolls-Royce. If you prefer to book a van, you can expect to receive a Mercedes-Benz V-class or similar.

We provide Maxi-cosi child car seats in our pre-booked services only. If you are traveling with small children or an infant and require a child seat or booster, please add your request to the "Notes to the chauffeur" field, including the age and weight of the child. The chauffeur will provide the appropriate car seat at no extra charge.
