BLACKLANE EXPANDS SERVICES WITH THE LAUNCH OF ON-DEMAND IN FLORIDA AND NEW CITY-TO-CITY ROUTES GLOBALLY

Following the successful close of the company’s latest funding round, Blacklane solidifies its position as a category leader in the premium transportation industry

Berlin, November 15th, 2023: Today, Blacklane, the world’s premier chauffeur service, announced the launch of its on-demand service in Miami, Florida, and the expansion of its global City-to-City program. On-demand perfectly combines high-quality chauffeur services with the booking comfort of ride-hailing, allowing guests to request immediate pick-up. The City-to-City program, which launched earlier this year, introduces 71 new routes, further enhancing the convenience and comfort of travel for our valued guests. With these latest additions, Blacklane now offers 187 routes in 14 countries, connecting some of the world’s most iconic cities.

Blacklane's City-to-City provides guests with a comfortable and stress-free way to move between metropolitan areas, allowing them to travel on their own schedule while enjoying the peace-of-mind of an uninterrupted door-to-door experience. In addition, Blacklane’s limousines offer comfort and privacy which enables guests to either fully relax or continue with their work. All rides have a fixed fare including taxes and tolls, guaranteeing a transparent pricing model. This makes City-to-City a real alternative to short-haul flights and not only offers time savings but also cost savings as the limousine can be shared with up to four individuals.

Some of the best-performing global City-to-City connections have consistently been to and from Miami, showcasing the strong customer interest in that area while boasting a 99 percent fulfillment rate and a 95 percent 5-star rating. As a result and to offer even more service to the Florida region, Blacklane will kick off its on-demand service in Miami. This will widen Blacklane’s reach by catering to a broad range of mobility needs in anticipation of the busy Holiday season where in the past years the company saw an average 30 percent ride increase in November and a 25 percent increase in December.
